The Company was established by pioneers in the sphere of Customs Clearance, Shipping, Freight Forwarding and ICD/CFS operations.

The Company was incorporated in the year 1995 to achieve the main objective of providing infrastructure facilities for Exportation and Importation of International cargo generated in the States of Punjab, J&K, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana.

The Company set up the Container Freight Station at Ludhiana in 1997 which is the Industrial hub of Punjab situated at a strategic site close to the ICD, Dhandari Kalan, Container Freight Station, Punjab State Warehousing Corporation and National Highway No.1.

The Company has provided spacious warehouses and container yards with vital facilities such as on line CFS operations, facilities of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) & Telecommunication centre.

The Company has also provided one hundred five fully equipped office premises for Customs department, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Customs House Agents and Surveyors.

The Company provides in house services of Customs Clearance of cargo, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Storage, Washing and Repair of Containers coupled with security and safety cover.

Managed by professionally competent and responsive management, experienced and dedicated staff to provide customers oriented and efficient personalised services coupled with facility of Pre Deposit Account to regular Shippers & payment of Container Freight Station dues on Bank holidays, assuring redressal of grievances instantly and settlement of claims on the spot.
